    As CEO of Ooploo I secured sales channel relationship to big Pharma through partnerships. Grew our team to over ten developers in full-time and contract positions. Was the project manager for 20 convention and field programs to Pfzer, Otsuka, Daiichi, Abbvie and many other Big Pharma companies.

    iOS Dev Team - Developed a REST messaging service that is being integrated into all of the clients in Avaya’s communication suite of soft phones. Includes context aware short messaging capabilities for multiple medias such as text, audio, video and images.

    Emerging Products & Technology - After my group at Nortel was acquired by Avaya we began work on their Mobile solution suite of applications. My responsibilities included developing a SIP client that interfaced with Avaya's suite of servers. We built iOS and OSX soft clients. Products include Avaya One-X Mobile SIP client and One X Communicator MacOS.

    R&D @ Nortel

    Enterprise Business Solutions’, Advance Solutions R&D – Under Nortel restructuring my group was moved under Enterprise Business Solutions. My responsibilities continued as the main developer on MPC (Mobile Phone Checkout) as described below. I have also worked with the Solutions’ Concept group to quickly prototype new features for obtaining customer feedback.

    R&D @ Nortel

    Global Services’ Advance Solutions Group - New responsibilities include being the main developer on a product called MPC that dynamically assigns user DNs (directory numbers) on a CS1K to mobile phones. Knowledge base used in the project are project/sprint planning, code inspection, system validation, database architecting, AJAX programming, VBScript, PHP programming, GUI design, and server management.

    First patent filed under the U.S. patent office.

    R&D @ Nortel

    Global Services’ Advance Solutions Group – Responsibilities included supporting new concept demos with the Concept Solutions group and offering software development skills to various projects. Projects included work with alarms and alerts tracking, VoIP and web applications.

    R&D @ Nortel

    Maintained CTO video lab. Created applications for Global Services group used on the i2007 phone and portable devices (e.g. PDAs), which were used for customer demos. Attended and participated on the team that created and presented the Nortel demonstrations at a special event at the Phoenix Coyote’s Stadium in Pheonix. for the VPs of IT in Stadiums across North America. Transferable skills include, time management, communication, customer presentation skills, leadership, problem solving and working with a team.

    R&D @ Nortel

    Responsibilities included installing and maintaining servers and software for the CTO video lab, while also researching / creating applications which demonstrated interactivity with IPTV. Created a virtual demo for Interactive TV that was used for Nortel and customer senior executive demos.

    Bachelor of Information Technology

    I received my bachlor degree from Carleton University and walked right into an R&D job at Nortel where I had already been working while studying school.

    Scholarship to Carleton University

    I was awarded a scholarship to Carleton University for a new program called the BIT (Bachelor of Information Technology). We were the first cohort of this engineering program that mixed Computer Science with Networking.

    Owner @ Dynamic Design

    Started a web services and hosting company. Developed skills required to manage employees, as well as developed skills to host and manage my clients hosting and web design needs. I maintained my client base while continuing my education and other work responsibilities.

    I attend and graduated from Earl of March High School in my home town of Ottawa, Ontario. Had many great experiences playing on sports teams and with friends.

    Ice Dawgs Hockey Camp, Coach

    Was one of the coaches teaching kids hockey skills for the Ice Dawgs Hockey Camp at KRC (Kanata Recreation Center)

    Kanata Soccer Association, Referee

    My first job! As a referee for Kanata Soccer I was required to be reliable to show up for the games as well a had to develop serious emotional intelligence to be able to handle disgruntled parents.

    My early training days

    My early training days were filled with much love from my awesome parents. They put me through many experiences to help shape my mind and deadicated a lot time to me. I was taught at 4 to play chess by a master, I learned piano and guitar, and was also involved in many sports. I also told my parents from a young age I wanted to be an inventor and rockstart!
